Vrbecký, Adam. Právní úpravy problematiky dopingu ve vybraných zemí EU. Brno: FSpS, 2011. Diplomová práce je zaměřena na porovnání právních úprav vybraných zemí Evropské unie. Cílem práce bylo poukázání na absenci doping upravujících právních norem v ČR. Toho jsme dosáhli srovnáním relevantní legislativy námi vybraných zemí EU.
Abstract:
Vrbecký, Adam. The legal regulation of doping in selected EU countries. The thesis focuses on the comparison of the legal regulations of the EU countries. The aim of the study was pointing out the absence of legal norms regulating doping in the Czech republic. This we have achieved by comparison of the relevant legislation of selected EU countries.
