Determination of personal income tax base for an individual entrepreneur depending on the method of economic transactions record

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá stanovením základu daně z příjmů fyzických osob u individuálního podnikatele včetně výpočtu daňové povinnosti. Vymezuje a porovnává mezi sebou tři druhy evidencí hospodářských transakcí, a to jak v teoretické části, tak i v praktické. Nabízí stručný přehled zdanění příjmů plynoucích ze samostatné činnosti a definuje postup při přechodech mezi jednotlivými evidencemi s uvedením vlivu takových změn. Příklad v praktické části této práce je zaměřen na zjištění základu daně a výslednou daň s ohledem na daňovou optimalizaci.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the determination of personal income tax base for individual entrepreneur including tax liability calculation. It defines and compares three types of records of economic transactions among themselves, both in the theoretical and practical parts. The thesis provides a brief overview of the taxation of self-employed income and defines the process of transitions between records, indicating the impact of such changes. The example in the practical part of this thesis is focused on finding the tax base and the resulting tax with respect to tax optimization.
