Abstract:

Práce je zaměřena na problematiku idiopatické skoliózy a jejího vlivu na celkovou posturální stabilitu. Hlavním cílem práce byl návrh terapie na labilních plochách v konceptu senzomotorické stimulace u probanda s idiopatickou skoliózou s ohledem na posturální stabilitu. Teoretická část je rozdělena na čtyři oblasti. První popisuje obecné poznatky týkající se anatomie, kineziologie a deformit páteře. Druhá oblast je věnována postuře z pohledu jejího vývoje a funkce. Třetí část se zabývá skoliózou a jejímu rozdělení dle etiologie a patogeneze s?možnostmi terapie. Ve čtvrté části je uveden popis metody senzomotorické stimulace využívané u idiopatické skoliózy. Praktická část práce se zabývá návrhem terapie s využitím labilních plošin v konceptu senzomotorické stimulace. Ověření celkového účinku terapie bylo provedeno pomocí vyšetření posturální stability na silové plošině. Výsledkem terapie je celkové zlepšení rovnováhy, držení těla v prostoru a posílení stabilizátorů lopatek. Práce poukazuje na to, že díky metodickému postupu senzomotorické stimulace lze do jisté míry ovlivnit kvalitu provedení pohybu, rovnováhu a držení těla v prostoru u pacienta s idiopatickou skoliózou.

Abstract:

The work focuses on the issue of idiopathic scoliosis and its influence on the overall postural stability. The main goal of this thesis was to design a therapy on unstable surfaces in the concept of sensorimotor stimulation in probands with idiopathic scoliosis with regard to postural stability. The theoretical part is divided into four parts. The first one describes general knowledge regarding the anatomy, kinesiology and deformities of the spine. The second part deals with posture in terms of its development and function. The third part deals with scoliosis and its division according to etiology and pathogenesis with the possibilities of therapy. The fourth part describes the method of sensorimotor stimulation used in idiopathic scoliosis. The practical part of the thesis deals with the therapy design using unstable surfaces in the concept of sensorimotor stimulation. The check of the overall effect of the therapy was performed by examining the postural stability on the force plates. The result of the therapy is an overall improvement of balance, posture in space and strengthening of the scapula stabilizers. The work points out the fact that the quality of movement, balance and posture in space of a patient with idiopathic scoliosis can be influenced to some extent thanks to the methodical procedure of sensorimotor stimulation.
