Práce se bude zabývat rolí, kterou hrál komorní soud v soustavě českého soudnictví v období vlády posledního Jagellonce na českém trůnu. Představí rozsah kompetencí tohoto orgánu, pole jeho působnosti a jeho vztah k dalším soudním institucím. Pokusí se zaznamenat praxi soudního řízení. Abstract:
The thesis will concern itself with the role of the Chamber Court in the judicial system in the Czech lands under the reign of the last Jagiellonian on the Czech throne. It will present the areas and extent of its authority as well as its place with the judicial system of the era and relations to other existing types of courts.
