Orgány obce a správce obce

Abstract:
Tato práce si klade za cíl popsat postavení i činnost všech orgánů obce dle Zákona č. 128/2000 Sb., o obcích. První část zasahuje do historie a popisuje obecní zřízení ve středověku. Další části již popisují jednotlivé orgány, od zastupitelstva, přes obecní policii, až po správce obce. Poslední kapitola se věnuje mé rodné obci Rájec-Jestřebí.
Abstract:
This thesis aims to describe the position and function of the authorities governing the village according to Law No. 128/2000 Coll. municipatilies. The first part revers the history by describing the municipal system in the Middle Ages.
