Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je popis molekulárních mechanismů vedoucích k onemocnění osteogenesis imperfekta (OI) a vztah mezi genotypem a fenotypem pacientů s OI. OI je autozomálně dědičné onemocnění vyznačující se sníženým množstvím kostní hmoty a náchylností ke zlomeninám. The aim of the bachelor thesis is the description of the molecular mechanisms leading to a disorder called osteogenesis imperfecta (OI) and the relationship between genotype and phenotype of pacients with OI. OI is an autosomal hereditary disorder characterized by low bone mass and susceptibility to fractures.
