Abstract:
Práce je svou povahou ústavně-státovědná teoretická studie, která se snaží v rámci aplikace teoretických i praktických poznatků posoudit vývoj a příslušné ovlivnění státní suverenity České republiky, v souvislosti s nastoleným trendem evropské integrace.
Abstract:
The thesis is by its nature a theoretical study in constitution and political science. Within the scope of application of theoretical and practical findings, it attempts to assess the development of and the relevant influence on the sovereignty of the Czech Republic in conjunction with the established trend of European integration.
