Analysis of the purchase process in the selected company
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou procesu Nákup ve vybraném podniku. Popisuje činnosti, které oddělení nákupu vykonává, jakým způsobem společnost nakupuje, jak vybírá a hodnotí dodavatele a jak lze analyzovat nákupní strategii. Cílem práce je posoudit, jak vybraný podnik řídí proces nákupu a navrhnout opatření ke zlepšení stavu.
Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of the Purchase process in the selected company. It describes the activities that the purchasing department performs, how the company purchases, how it selects and evaluates suppliers, and how the purchasing strategy can be analyzed.
