In the bachelor´s work we hightlighted significance and purpose of the law, we analyzed the legal orders and characterized several kinds of the legal orders (final judgment, decision, payment order, payment order in the form of bill of exchange and cheque; certificate of heirship). V bakalárskej práci sme poukázali na význam a funkciu práva, analyzovali sme súdne rozhodnutia a charakterizovali sme druhy súdnych rozhodnutí. (rozsudok, uznesenie, platobný rozkaz, zmenkový a šekový platobný rozkaz a osvedčenie o dedičstve).
