The employees benefits in terms of tax
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na posouzení možností čerpání zaměstnaneckých benefitů v podnikatelské séře. V teoretické části jsou jednotlivé benefity specifikovány, především z daňového pohledu. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou benefitů v softwarové firmě s navržením jejich rozšíření.
Abstract:
This bachelor´s thesis is focused on an assesment of possibilities how to draw employees´benefits in a business sphere. The theoretical part specifies particular benefits mainly in terms of taxes. In the practical part of this thesis, these benefits are analysed in a software company with proposal for their extension.
