Extrakorporální fotoferéza je metoda známá již od 80. let 20 století. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá jejím znovuobjevením a využitím při kontrole kvality transfuzních přípravků, pomocí stanovení histonu H2AX, antigenu Ki67 a kaspázy 3. Extracorporeal photopheresis has been a method known since the 1980s. This bachelor thesis deals with its rediscovery and use in the control of the quality of transfusion products, by the determination of histone H2AX, the Ki67 antigen and caspase 3.
