Company liquidation

Abstract:

V bakalářské práci se zabývám problematikou likvidace podniku. Veřejné povědomí o likvidaci podniku je menší než o jeho zřízení. Cílem práce je analyzovat a zhodnotit efektivitu a nákladnost procesu likvidace a její formální stránky. V teoretické části jsem zpracoval poznatky z literatury týkající se podniků s důrazem na zrušení a zánik obchodní společnosti. Nejdůležitějším pramenem upravujícím přípravu, průběh a ukončení likvidace je obchodní zákoník. V praktické části jsem analyzoval a popsal zrušení a průběh likvidace společnosti CELIOINVEST a.s. . Stanovený cíl bakalářské práce byl naplněn.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of company liquidation. There is a lower public awareness of the company liquidation than of the setting up the company. The aim is to analyze and review the effectiveness, the cost and the formal aspects of the liquidation process. The theoretical part contains knowledge of the literature regarding the company and the company liquidation process. The main source of law governing of the preparation, conduct and termination of liquidation is the business code. In the practical part, I analyzed and described the liquidation of CELIOINVEST Inc. The specific objective of the thesis was completed.
