Abstract:

Na začátku podnikání se společnost může dostat do situace, kdy má dobrý podnikatelský plán, zkušený management a vhodné podmínky pro vstup na trh s daným zbožím nebo službou, jediné co jí chybí, jsou finanční prostředky. V dnešní době mají společnosti poměrně široké spektrum možností při hledání zdrojů financování. Mezi hlavní z nich patří bankovní úvěry, využití vlastního kapitálu, emise akcií a v neposlední řadě také řada alternativních forem financování. Jednou z možností, jak tuto situaci řešit je vstup rizikového nebo rozvojového investora. Investiční proces pomocí rizikového a rozvojového kapitálu je poměrně komplikovaný, ale již má svá ustálená pravidla a postupy. Hlavním cílem mé práce je celková charakteristika procesu investice z pohledu rizikového investora a následně provedení analýzy trhu rizikového a rozvojového kapitálu. Vyústěním praktické části diplomové práce je případová studie dvou kontrétních investic. Výsledkem těchto studií je ukázka, že dobře zvolená investiční strategie, zkušený managent a překonání rizika z nezdaru vedou k nadprůměrnému zhodnocení a dalšímu rozvoji firmy.

Abstract:

At the beginning of business the company may get into a situation where they have a good business plan, experienced management and appropriate conditions for entry into the market for the goods or services, the only thing what they lack is financial resources. Today, companies have a relatively wide range of options where to find financial resources. The main options are the bank loans, use their own capital, issue shares and finally they can use many alternative forms of financing. One way how to solve this situation is the entry of venture development or investor. Investment process of venture capital is quite complicated, but has already settled the rules and procedures. The main aim of my work is an overall description of the investment process from the perspective of venture investors and further analysis of the venture capital. Outcome of the practical part of the thesis is a case of two specific investments. The results of these thesis is an example, that well-chosen investment strategy, management experienced and overcome the risk of failure will brings above-average evaluation and further development of the company.
