Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na monocyto-makrofágovou buněčnou linii THP-1. První část bakalářské práce je zaměřená na leukocyty a jejich rozdělení, dále je zmíněn monocyto-makrofágový systém a jednotlivé typy leukémií. V hlavní části se zaměřuji na popis buněčné linie THP-1 a její kultviaci a diferenciaci. Dále jsem ve své práci popsala vliv některých látek a nanomateriálů na THP-1 buňky. V závěru …moreAbstract:
This bachelor thesis focuses on the monocyte-macrophage cell line THP-1. The first part of the bachelor thesis is focused on leukocytes and its distribution, the monocyte- macrophage system and types of leukemias.
