The integration of the enterprise applications with manufacturing equipment

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá integrací podnikových aplikací s výrobními zařízeními. Cílem této práce je zanalyzovat a zhodnotit stav implementace standardu ANSI/ISA-95 v prostředí dodavatele automobilových dílu v ČR. Pro dosažení daného cíle je nutné se seznámit s jednotlivými částmi standardu ANSI/ISA-95 a zařadit ho do podnikového informačního systému. Poté je sestavena metodika, podle které probíhá následná analýza, zda vybrané prostředí výrobního podniku odpovídá předpokladům této standardizace. Na základě těchto kroků byl naplněn cíl práce. Přínosem této práce je ucelení informací o standardu ANSI/ISA-95 a jeho zařazení do struktury podnikového informačního systému. Zároveň se jedná o jedinou práci v ČR, která se věnuje tomuto standardu takto detailně.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the integration of the enterprise applications with manufacturing equipment. The goal of this study is to analyze and evaluate the level of implementation of the ANSI/ISA-95 standard into the environment of the car components supplier in the Czech Republic. To achieve the goal, it is necessary to get to know the individual parts of the ANSI/ISA-95 standard and put the standard into the enterprise information system. The next step is to form the methodology with which it is possible to do the analysis of the competence of the chosen environment of the manufacturing company for this standardization. On the basis of these steps the goal of this thesis was fulfilled. The contribution of this work is in the collection of the information about the ANSI/ISA-95 standard and its inclusion into the structure of the enterprise information system. It is also the first work in the Czech Republic focused on this standard in such detail.
