Teacher as a victim of bullying

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce nese název Učitel jako oběť šikany. V teoretická části charakterizuji pojem šikana, její příčiny, průběh šikany a formy šikany. Dále jsou popsány osobnosti agresorů a osobnosti oběti. Poté jsou definovány pojem agrese a její dělení a pojem agresivita a její příčiny. V poslední části popisuji šikanu učitelů ze strany žáku, její příčiny a možné způsoby, jak snížit počet učitelů, kteří se můžou stát obětí šikany.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is entitled "The Teacher as a Victim of Bullying". In the theoretical part, I characterize the concept of bullying, its causes, bullying during its course and forms of bullying. The personalities of the aggressors, and the personalities of the victims, are also described. Then the concept of aggression and its division and the concept of aggressiveness and its causes are defined. In the last part, I describe the bullying of teachers perpetrated by pupils, its causes and possible ways to reduce the number of teachers who can become victims of bullying.
