Innovations of IS/ICT

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat inovace IS/ICT v podnicích a provést komparativní analýzu ČR a EU v oblasti využívání IS/ICT v podnicích. Aby podniky mohly inovace IS/ICT uskutečnit, musí zaměstnávat dostatečně kvalifikovaný personál, k čemuž se bude vztahovat analýza počtu ICT specialistů v ČR a EU. Teoretická část se věnuje inovacím, kategorizaci inovací, definici jejich vlastností a popisu podnikové informatiky. V praktické části budou zpracována volně přístupná data statistického úřadu Evropské unie EUROSTAT. Tyto data nám pomohou vytvořit předpoklad o tom, kolik podniků v České republice bude muset v nejbližších letech pravděpodobně přistoupit k inovaci IS/ICT a kolik se v ČR za tímto účelem nachází specialistů.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to describe the innovations of IS/ICT in companies and to execute a comparative analysis of the usage of IS/ICT in Czech and European companies. To be able to carry out the IS/ICT innovations, the companies have to employ a qualified personnel; an included analysis of the number of ICT specialists in the Czech Republic and the EU relates to that. The theoretical section is dedicated to innovations, their categorization and the definitions of their characteristics and the description of corporate information science. In the practical section, the freely available data of the European Statistical Office (EUROSTAT) is analysed. This data helps to create a presumption about the number of Czech companies that will probably have to proceed to innovations in IS/ICT in the next few years and the number of Czech specialists able to carry them out.
