Genetic causes of infertility
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je věnována tématu neplodnosti podmíněné genetickými aberacemi. Vlivem nondisjunkce v meiotickém a mitotickém dělení dochází ke vzniku vrozených vývojových vad, vedoucích k řadě syndromů, jako je např. Klinefelterův syndrom, Kartagenerův syndrom, Turnerův syndrom a Downův syndrom. Každý z nich má rozdílné spektrum symptomů se společným jmenovatelem porucha fertility.Abstract:
Bachelor thesis is devoted to the topic of infertility conditional genetic aberrations. Due to non-disjunction in meiotic and mitotic division are formed by congenital defects, leading to a variety of syndromes, such as Klinefelter syndrome, Kartagener syndrome, Turner syndrome and Down syndrome. Each of them has a different spectrum of symptoms with a common denominator impairment of fertility.
