Začleňování žen na trh práce v Evropské Unii a Latinské Americe

Anotace:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem začleňování žen na trh práce v Evropské Unii a v zemích Latinské Ameriky. Cílem práce je analyzovat rozdíly a podobnosti v těchto dvou regionech, identifikovat překážky integrace žen na trh práce a zhodnotit dopad implementovaných opatření. V teoretické části je pozornost věnována historickému a sociálnímu vývoji genderové rovnosti na trhu práce. Praktická část zkoumá pomocí interview s ženskými diplomaty zemí Evropské unie a Latinské Ameriky blíže situaci v jednotlivých zemích. Výsledky studie mají přispět k hlubšímu pochopení začleňování žen na trh práce v těchto dvou regionech.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the topic of women's inclusion in the labor market in the European Union and Latin American countries. The thesis aims to analyze the differences and similarities between these two regions, identify barriers to women's labor market integration, and assess the impact of implemented measures. The theoretical part is dedicated to the historical and social development of gender equality in the labor market. The practical part examines the situation in individual countries through interviews with female diplomats from the European Union and Latin American countries. The study’s findings aim to contribute to a deeper understanding of women’s integration into the labor market in these two regions.
