Valuation of the company GENNET, s.r.o

Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce je stanovení tržní hodnoty vlastního kapitálu společnosti GENNET, s. r. o. k datu ocenění 31. 12. 2017. Práce není tvořena metodickou a praktickou částí, jak bývá obvyklé, ale tvoří jeden celek, ve kterém je použitá metodologie vysvětlována průběžně. První část diplomové práce je tvořena identifikací a samotným popisem oceňované společnosti. Další část obsahuje strategickou a finanční analýzu společnosti a zhodnocení, zda společnost splňuje předpoklad „going concern“. Dále jsou analyzovány generátory hodnoty, ze kterých je následně vytvořen finanční plán, plán rozvahy a plán výkazu cashflow. V rámci poslední kapitoly je provedeno samotné ocenění společnosti výnosovou metodou DCF equity. Jako druhá (podpůrná) metoda byla zvolena metoda tržního porovnání. Na závěr je na základě zvolených předpokladů a metodologie stanoven interval tržní hodnoty oceňované společnosti k datu ocenění.

Abstract:

The thesis aims to determine the market value of equity of the company GENNET, s. r. o. as of December 31st, 2017. The thesis does not consist theoretical and practical as it is usual. The thesis is complexed unit where the concept and methods are explained straight away. First part of the thesis consists the introduction of the company in terms of its operations, history and ownership. Next part consists strategical and financial analysis, which aims to determine whether the “going concern” is fulfilled. The output of the chapter Value drivers is financial plan, balance statement plan and cashflow plan. The final chapter contains valuation using DCF method. As the secondary method of valuation was chosen the market comparison. In the final step is determined the interval of the market value of the company as of the valuation date.
