Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na rozbor sankcí v daňovém řízení. Podává komplexní pohled na problematiku možných sankčních postihů vůči daňovým subjektů i jejich možnost těmto sankcím předcházet.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on analysing sanctions in tax return proceedings. It gives a complex view of the field of possible sanctions towards tax payers and their possibilities to avoid these sanctions.
