Bakalářská práce se zaobírá tématem plýtvání potravinami, konkrétně je zaměřena na úroveň maloobchodu. Abstract:
Bachelor thesis deals with issues of food waste, specifically focused of level of retail. The main goal of this thesis is to describe the process of food wasting in retail and analyse areas, where can uneconomical food management be expected, especially then identify problem areas and proposal measures to eliminate inefficient food management in retail and reduce costs.
