Abstract:

Název bakalářské práce je Profesní identifikace sociálních pracovníků. Práce si klade za cíl určit míru profesní identifikace sociálních pracovníků, zjistit faktory ovlivňující profesní identifikaci a nabídnout možnosti řešení směřující k navýšení míry profesní identifikace sociálních pracovníků. Autorka zvolila pro svou práci kvalitativní přístup, data byla získávána metodou nestandardizovaných rozhovorů s ohledem na narativní způsob sběru informací, dosažené výsledky byly následně analyzovány a interpretovány. Provedeným šetřením autorka zjistila, že profesní identifikace je ovlivněna mnoha různými faktory, z nichž některé jsou pro sociální pracovníky společné a jiné pro každého z nich čistě individuální. Přínosem bakalářské práce jsou navrhovaná řešení, která by mohla vést ke zvýšení míry profesní identifikace pro parciální i kolektivní profesní skupinu sociálních pracovníků.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is called Professional Identification of Social Workers. The aim of the thesis is to determine the level of the professional identification of social workers, to find out what are the factors influencing the professional identification, and to propose various solutions leading to an increase of the level of professional identification of social workers. The author has used a qualitative approach; the data were gained from non-standardized narrative interviews and then analyzed and interpreted. Due to this enquiry the author realized, that the professional identification is influenced by many various factors, when some of them are common for the social workers and the others are purely individualistic. The contributions of the bachelor thesis are the proposed solutions which could lead to an increased level of professional identification for partial and collective professional groups of social workers.
