Abstract:

Diplomová práce řeší význam závěrečného hodnocení dodavatele stavebních prací v rámci pozemních komunikací, a to z pohledu investora, který rozlišení kvality jednotlivých dodavatelů potřebuje ke své další práci. Diplomová práce zjišťuje, do jaké míry je pro investory hodnocení dodavatele přínosné, zda je toto hodnocení investorem využívané a jak hodnocení dokáže zvýšit kvalitu prací do budoucna. Teoretická část se zabývá pojmem kvality a její prokazatelnosti při výstavbě dopravní infrastruktury. Následně se teoretická část věnuje metodám sběru dat, jejich analýze, vyhodnocení a na závěr několika důležitým pojmům používaným v oboru výstavby dopravní infrastruktury. V praktické části je řešen výběr investorů (respondentů) pro získání dat o problematice a vyhodnocování práce dodavatelů. Na praktickém příkladu realizované stavby jsou shrnuty a hodnoceny činnosti, které by dle mého názoru měly být investorem hodnoceny po každé realizované stavbě. Z toho vychází i návrh protokolu o hodnocení dodavatele a jím provedených pracích. V závěru práce je popsán stávající stav problematiky hodnocení dodavatelů stavebních prací v rámci výstavby dopravní infrastruktury a návrh na zlepšení stávající situace.

Abstract:

This thesis looks for a solution of final vendor rating value of road construction works suppliers from the side of investor. Investor needs to have the quality differentiation of each supplier for his further work. Thesis finds out whether is vendor rating for the investors beneficial and whether is this vendor rating being used. Moreover, how the vendor rating is able to improve the work quality to the future. Theoretical part follows up the quality term and its demonstrability during the transport infrastructure construction. Subsequently, theoretical part deals with the method of data collection, their analysis and evaluation. In conclusion explains several important terms, that are used in the brand of transport infrastructure construction. The practical part looks into the investors (respondents) selection to get data about the problems and supplier work evaluation. On the practical example of realized construction is summarized and evaluated activities, which, in my opinion, should be evaluated by investor after each realised construction. From this comes out protocol proposal of evaluation of the supplier and the tasks done by him. On the end of this thesis is described current situation of supplier evaluation of transport infrastructure construction and is proposed improvent of current situation.
