Kartografické podklady a jejich využití krizovém managementu

Abstract:
Práce vymezuje význam pojmu krizový management v České republice, Evropské unii a Organizaci spojených národů. Na základě tohoto vymezení inventarizuje využívané a potenciálně využitelné kartografické podklady v krizovém managementu. Po kritickém zhodnocení současného stavu je navržen způsob, jakým by měly být kartografické podklady do krizového řízení zapojeny.
Abstract:
This work defines the meaning of emergency management in the Czech Republic, European Union and United Nations. On the basis of this definition it makes an inventory of cartographic data exploited and potentially usable in disaster management. After critical review of contemporary state is designed a way as to how cartographic data should be integrated into disaster management.
