This bachelor work maps out and describes the situation of nurses in selected mobile home care units in the Hradec Králové region, which take care of patients with non-healing wounds of different etiology. It deals with home care, how it works, what roles and competences nurses have in home care. The work focuses on the specifics related to the treatment of chronic wounds in home care.
