Tématem této diplomové práce je Právo na stávku a jeho zakotvení v českém právním řádu. Nejprve se zaměřuji na právo na stávku v obecné rovině. Hlavním těžištěm této práce je však zakotvení práva na stávku v českém právním řádu. The theme of this graduation theses is The Right to Strike and its Establishment in Czech Legal Order. At first, this thesis concerns oneself with the right to strike generally. The main part deal with establishment the right to strike in Czech legal order (both national legislation and in international agreements).
