Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá teorií možného vlivu orkánu Kyrill z lednových dnů roku 2007 na reliktní populaci tetřeva hlušce v oblasti NP Šumava, která je považována za jedinou nejstabilnější v ČR Práce je dělena na tři části. První část je zpracována formou literární rešerše a seznamuje s popisem a biologií tetřeva hlušce, stavem populace v zájmové lokalitě NP Šumava a v ČR.V druhé části, která má rovněž charakter literární rešerše, je popsán vznik, průběh a dopad orkánu Kyrill v oblastech ČR se zaměřením na území NP Šumava.V třetí části jsou shrnuta veškerá data a informace, které byly získány k tématu bakalářské práce a ze kterých je následně vyhodnocen vliv orkánu Kyrill na populaci tetřeva hlušce. Hodnocení vlivu orkánu Kyrill na populaci tetřeva hlušce se zakládá na zhodnocení míry polomů v NP Šumava. Jsou přitom zohledněny lokality jeho výskytu. Ostatní možné vlivy orkánu jsou v práci diskutovány. Z uvedených hodnocení bylo v závěru zjištěno, že orkán Kyrill vč. jeho primárních i sekundárních vlivů má významný negativní dopad na populaci tetřeva hlušce v jednotlivých sledovaných lesních hospodářských celcích (LHC) NP Šumava.

Abstract:

This Bachelor's thesis describes the potential impact of the windstorm Kyrill from January 2007 on the remaining population of "Tetřev hlušec" in the "Šumava" National Park, which is considered to be the only suitable place for this bird in the Czech Republic. This work willprovide assessment based on available information and documentation. Thework is divided into three parts. The first part is draws from available literature and presents a description, biology and the numbers of Capercaillie (Tetrao urogallus) in the Šumava National Park and the whole Czech Republic. The second part, which also draws from literary research, describes the emergence, progress and impact of windstorm Kyrill in the area of the national park of "Šumava". The third and final section summarizes all the data and information obtained from the research for this thesis and assesses the impact of windstorm Kyrill on the population "Tetřev hlušec". Based on these evaluations it was found that including its primary and secondary effects, the Orcane Kyrill had a considerable negative impact on the population of Tetřev hlušec in the monitored areas the forest management units of the national park of Šumava.
