Abstract:

Název práce, ?Možnosti arteterapie na oddělení ochranného léčení psychiatrické nemocnice? vyjadřuje její obsah, autor v něm sleduje možnosti arteterapeutického působení a práce s pacienty na specializovaném oddělení pro výkon ochranného léčení v ústavní formě. Práce se řadí do kategorie praktických, individuálně pojatých, bez výzkumu nebo praktického šetření, je založena na reálných zkušenostech autora a čerpá z jeho přímé praxe. Osobní přístup autora v podobě myšlenek, úvah, hodnocení i pocitů je znát v celém kontextu práce. Ve speciální teoretické části práce autor definuje klíčové pojmy. Ve speciální praktické části autor seznamuje čtenáře s pacienty i oddělením ochranného léčení v psychiatrické nemocnici. Praktická část práce je postavena na přímých psychoterapeutických i arteterapeutických zkušenostech autora z běžné praxe. V této části jsou uvedeny formy, možnosti a význam arteterapie v celkovém léčebně terapeutickém procesu, přínosu jak pro skupiny pacientů, tak pro jednotlivce z hlediska diagnózy, fáze onemocnění a perspektivy resocializačního procesu. Zkušenosti a poznámky k praxi, tvorbě pacientů, včetně doporučení a také diskusní část práce jsou založeny na prezentaci autorových znalostí získaných studiem, praktických osobních zkušeností, vlastních názorů i pocitů. K dokreslení celkového obsahu popisované problematiky obsahuje práce ukázky tvorby pacientů a také je doplněna kazuistikami. To vše pokud možno s akcentem na možnosti využívání rožnovského arteterapeutického přístupu.

Abstract:

The title of the thesis "The Possibilities of Art Theraphy in the Department of Protective Treatment of the Psychiatric Hospital" expresses its content, the author follows the possibilities of arterapeutical action and work with patients in the specialized department for the exercise of protective treatment in constitutional form. The work belongs to the category of practical, individually conceived, without research or practical investigation, is based on the real experience of the author and draws on his direct practice. The author's personal approach in the form of thoughts, reflections, assessments and feelings is known throughout the context of the work. In a special theoretical part, the author defines the key concepts. In a special practical part, the author introduces to the reader the patients as well as the department of protective treatment in the psychiatric hospital. The practical part of the thesis is based on the direct psychotherapeutic and art therapeutic experiences of the author from common practice. In this part are presented the forms, possibilities and significance of art therapy in the overall therapeutical process, benefit for all groups of patients and individuals in terms of diagnosis, phase of disease and perspectives of the resocialization process. Experiences and notes to practice, creation of patient, including recommendations and also the discussion part of the thesis, are based on the presentation of the author's knowledge acquired through study, practical personal experience, own opinions and feelings. To illustrate the overall content described, the work includes examples of patient creation as well as case studies. All this, as far as possible, with the emphasis on the possibility of using the Rožnov art therapeutical approach.
