Abstract:
Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice komunikace neslyšících osob v nemocnici a ve veřejné správě. Práce poskytuje informace o jednotlivých vadách sluchu, jejich příčinách, diagnostice, moţnostech korekce sluchu a speciálních pomůckách pro neslyšící. Thesis deals with the issue of communication of deaf people in the hospital and in public administration.
