Diplomová práce popisuje pozitivní změny ve výrobních procesech konkrétního podniku směřované k zavedení základních pilířů "Lean production", tzv. štíhlé výroby. Cílem těchto navržených změn je zkrácení celkových výrobních časů, popsání a eliminace činností, jenž nepřidávají hodnotu výrobkům a popis úzkých míst ve výrobních řetězcích. Abstract:
This Diploma describe positive transformation in manufacturing process of company. These changes for the better use foundation stone "Lean production". Goal is reduction of production times, describe and elimination ineffective activities, describe constraints in production chain. The task of high priority is reduction production cost and increase production capacity.
