Abstract:

Problémy praxe řízení lidských zdrojů v Policii České republiky – zvyšování výkonu a organizační rozvoj Magisterská diplomová práce Autor: Bc. Cyril Štampach Vedoucí práce: PhDr. Alena Lubasová, Ph.D. Práce se zabývá problémy praxe řízení lidských zdrojů v Policii České republiky, přičemž se soustřeďuje na procesy zvyšování výkonu a organizačního rozvoje. Autor si klade za cíl identifikovat skutečné problémy praxe a nabídnout vhled z perspektivy řízení lidských zdrojů, na jehož základě by bylo dále možné nabídnout možnosti jejího zlepšení. Jádrem práce je kvalitativní výzkum problémů vnímaných z perspektivy klíčových hráčů – manažerů řízení lidských zdrojů a personalistů. Výsledky výzkumu jsou komparovány s výsledky výzkumů prováděných na policistech, analýzou dokumentů tvořících rámec procesů řízení lidských zdrojů v policii a výstupy z personální analýzy policie. Součástí práce je i teoretická část, nabízející stručný vhled do vývoje managementu lidských zdrojů, představující obsah jeho hlavních procesů a reflektující pozici personalistů v moderním řízení lidských zdrojů. Součástí příloh jsou mimo jiné i základní charakteristiky personálního složení a odměňování policistů v posledních šesti letech. Practice Problems in Human Resources Management at Police of the Czech Republic – Performance Increase and Organization Development Master´s Thesis Author: Bc. Cyril Štampach Thesis Leader: PhDr. Alena Lubasová, Ph.D. This thesis deals with practice problems in human resources management at Police of the Czech Republic and targets on processes of performance increase and organization development. The author aims at identifying real practice problems and offers an insight from the perspective of human resources management, on the basis of which it would be possible to offer options for improvement. The core part of the work is a qualitative research of problems perceived from the perspective of key players – managers of human resources and personnel managers. The research results are compared with the research results performed on policemen, with the analysis of documents in terms of processes of human resources management at Police and data output of the Police personnel analysis. The theoretical part is a part of the thesis, offering a brief insight into the development of the management of human resources, presenting the content of its main processes and reflecting the role of personnel managers in the modern management of human resources. Besides, a part of the supplements are basic characteristics of personnel composition and salary of policemen in the last six years.
