OTA: Web conversion optimization with the UX design solution

Abstract:
The focus of the thesis will be on the web conversion optimization with the help of UX web design principles. Using the mixed method of qualitative research combined with the own web analysis, the author will prepare recommendations on improving the conversion strategy for the OTA. The output of this work will be a plan for improving the performance of the website of a selected Czech OTA.
