Ergonomic analysis of the assembly workplace on the production line at ŠKODA Auto a.s.

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je analýza výrobních linek ve společnosti Škoda Auto se zaměřením na problematiku ergonomie, bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci. Záměrem práce je vytvořit 3D simulační studii vybraného montážního pracoviště. Pomocí sofistikovaného simulačního softwaru ukazuje dostupné ergonomické analýzy, ověřuje a posuzuje možnosti použití takového nástroje pro jeho nasazení do praxe.

Abstract:

Theme of the submitted thesis is analysis of sites production lines in the company Škoda Auto with a focus on ergonomics and health and safety at work. The ultimate aim is to create a working 3D simulation study of a selected site, using sophisticated simulation software available to perform ergonomic analysis, verify and assess the possibility of using such tools for use in real production.
