Conflict between a parent and a child

Abstract:

Ve své bakalářské práci se věnuji konfliktům mezi rodiči a potomky. Konflikt je neoddiskutovatelně naprosto přirozená a běžná součást našich životů. Konflikty s potomky jsou pro rodiče i děti velmi nepříjemné, nic méně nelze se jim asi úplně vyhnout. Efektivnější je naučit se s nimi žít, naučit se je vnímat jako součást komunikace a pracovat na citlivé interakci, tak aby na závěr nezůstali vítězové a poražení, ale partneři. V této práci se věnuji stylům řešení konfliktů adolescenty ve věku 15 až 17 let. Pokud bych měla možnost, tak bych v navazujícím studiu na tuto bakalářskou práci navázala, poněvadž jsem zjistila, že toto téma je široké a nelze jej v této práci dostatečně obsáhnout.

Abstract:

My bachelor thesis is focused on the conflicts between parents and their children. Conflicts are undoubtedly a very natural and frequent part of our lives. Conflicts with children are a very unpleasant experience for any parent; however, it is impossible to eliminate them entirely. What?s more effective is to learn to live with them and learn to accept them as part of communication. It is essential to work on sensitive interaction, so that in the end, there are no winners and losers but partners instead. My thesis is focused on different styles of solving conflicts with adolescents ages 15-17 years old. If I had an opportunity, I would continue working on my thesis in my further studies because I realized that this topic is so broad that it is impossible to sufficiently analyze it in this work.
