Comparison of consumer behavior in cafes in the regions of Brno and Ekaterinburg

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá výzkumem spotřebitelského chování na trhu kávy v regionech Brno a Jekatěrinburg. V teoretické části je popsána historie vzniku kávy a její rozšíření, vývoj kavárnictví ve dvou sledovaných regionech v minulosti a současnosti a faktory ovlivňující spotřebitelské chování. V praktické části je vyhodnocen kvantitativní výzkum prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření dvou různých cílových skupin, byla provedena komparace odpovědí a diskuse.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the research of consumer behavior on the coffee market in the regions of Brno and Ekaterinburg. The theoretical part describes the history of coffee and its distribution, the development of coffee in the two monitored regions in the past and present and the factors influencing consumer behavior. In the practical part was made quantitative analysis with questionaries of two different target groups. Were made comparisons of answer and discussion are based of them.
