Analysis of financing high school

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou financování Střední školy stavební Třebíč, příspěvkové organizace, v letech 2009 -2013. V teoretické části je stručně znázorněna struktura národního hospodářství, poté je rozvedena problematika veřejného sektoru, kam školství spadá. Dále se teoretická část zabývá zdroji financování střední školy, právními formami, daňovým zvýhodněním. Nakonec jsou popsáni jednotliví ukazatelé a model KAMF*, jež jsou podstatní pro praktickou část. Ta je zprvu zaměřena na interpretaci absolutních ukazatelů -- horizontální a vertikální analýzy, poté následují poměroví ukazatelé a model bonity municipální firmy. Je zde použito i srovnání se střední školou působící v zhruba stejných oborech vzdělání (Střední škola strojní, stavební a dopravní Liberec). Výstupem práce je závěr, že Střední škola stavební Třebíč využívá všech dostupných zdrojů k získávání většího počtu žáků.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on the analysis of financing of Secondary building school in Třebíč -- Střední škola stavební Třebíč, funded organization, between the years 2009 -- 2013. The theoretical part includes the structure of national economy, then public sector issues, which education is part of it. Followed by sources of financing of secondary school, legal forms of school, tax benefit and method's description. These methods are used in the practical part, starting with horizontal and vertical analysis, after that self-sufficiency, profitability and finished by KAMF* model. There is neither a comparison with other secondary schools missing, operating on the same field as Střední škola stavební Třebíč is. The conclusion of the thesis is the fact that Střední škola stavební Třebíč uses all approachable ways how to reach the finance to raise student's amount.
