Abstract:

Tato literární rešerše shrnuje dosavadní poznatky o interakcích typu win a lose v chování člověka. Součástí je také vyhodnocení, zda k takovým interakcím můžeme počítat manipulace. Bakalářská práce je dělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část se věnuje nejprve popisu interakcí win-lose a poté také informacím o manipulacích. Část praktická mapuje proces vyhledávání souvislostí mezi těmito dvěma tématy. Výsledky interakcí typu win a lose určují pořadí v sociální hierarchii. Vítězové i poražení při této konfrontační metodě zažívají specifické hormonální změny. Ty závisí na způsobu výhry nebo prohry. Typickými hormony win a lose interakcí jsou testosteron a kortizol. Ženy produkují méně testosteronu než muži, proto se v hormonálních odezvách mohou lišit. Výsledek jedné soutěže může mít vliv na výsledek interakce následující. Jedinci, kteří zažijí jednoznačnou výhru, se pravděpodobněji zapojují do dalších interakcí. K hormonálním změnám nemusí docházet jen u přímých účastníků, naměřeny byly také hormonální změny při sledování cizího vítězství a prohry. V bakalářské práci je též pojednáváno o souvislosti win a lose interakcí s manipulacemi. Úspěšná manipulace by mohla přinášet stejné hormonální změny jako výhra. To by mohlo být důvodem opakování takového chování ze strany manipulátora, oběť by se naopak snažila střetům vyhnout. Byl nalezen jeden možný důkaz o propojenosti manipulací s win a lose interakcemi, vyvození jednoznačného závěru však vyžaduje více hormonálního výzkumu v oblasti manipulací. V praktické části nalezneme Prisma flow diagramy, které znázorňují proces vyhledávání a třídění literatury ve snaze naleznout průsečík mezi win-lose interakcemi a manipulacemi.

Abstract:

This literal review summarizes current knowledge about win and lose interaction in human behavior. It also includes an evaluation of whether manipulation can be considered as such interaction. The bachelor theses is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part deals first with the description of win-lose interaction and then also with information about manipulation. The practical part maps the process of finding connections between these two topics. The results of win and lose interaction determine the rank in social hierarchy. Winners and losers in this confrontational method experience specific hormonal changes. These changes depend on how you win or lose. Typical hormones of win and lose interaction are testosterone and cortisol. Women produce less testosterone than men, so they may differ in hormonal responses. The result of one competition can affect the result of the next interaction. Individuals who experience a clear win are more likely to engage in other interaction. Hormonal changes may not only occur in direct participants, but they have also been measured in watching the victory and defeat of other people. The bachelor thesis also discusses the connection between win and lose interaction and manipulation. Successful manipulation could result in the same hormonal changes as winning. This could be the reason for the manipulator to repeat such behavior, while the victim would try to avoid the conflict. One possible evidence for the connection between manipulation and win and lose interaction has been found, but coming to a clear conclusion requires more hormonal research in the field of manipulation. In the practical part we can find Prisma flow diagrams, which show the process of searching and sorting the literature in an effort to find the connection between win-lose interaction and manipulation.
