Genetic analysis of grape variety Pálava‘s clones

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce Genetická analýza klonů odrůdy révy vinné Pálava bylo zjistit za pomocí SSR analýzy genetickou variabilitu klonů odrůdy révy vinné „Pálava“ vyšlechtěné ve šlechtitelských stanicích Velké Pavlovice a Perná a zapsané do odrůdové knihy v roce 1977. Celkem se jednalo o 27 různých vzorků listů révy y vinařských obcí na Moravě. Získané výsledky této analýzy byly porovnány mezi sebou a také s výsledky jiných autorů s využitím metodiky This et. al. 2004. Byla zjištěna nízká variabilita klonů s drobnými odchylkami. Byla doporučena ověřovací studie s větším počtem analyzovaných vzorků.

Abstract:

This study concerning Genetic analysis of grape variety Pálava‘s clones aimed to discover genetic variability of grape variety „Pálava‘s“ clones, bred in breeding stations in Velké Pavlovice and Perná and registered in breeding book in 1977, using SSR analysis. The study examinated 27 different samples of wine varieties from Moravian wine villages. Obtained results were compared with each other and also with results discovered by different studies using This et. al. 2004 method. Low variety of clones with minor irregularities was discovered. It was recommended to verify these results with extended study containing more samples to analyse.
