Tématem bakalářské práce je „Využití systém Gun - eX v thajském boxu“. Práce přibližuje historii a současnost thaiboxu, popisuje systém Gun – eX a jeho výhody při cvičení. Výsledkem této práce je zásobník cviků, při kterých je využíván tento cvičební systém a pomocí kterých můžeme lépe zdokonalovat techniku thaiboxu a zároveň rozvíjet koordinační a silové schopnosti. Theme of this Bachelor Thesis is ,, Application of systém Gun – eX in Thai boxing“. The work presents history and present of Thai boxing, descibes system Gun – eX and its benefits during exercise.
