Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou kruhovitosti ložisek v technických aplikacích. Kruhovitost ložisek představuje klíčový faktor ovlivňující účinnost, spolehlivost a životnost technických systémů, zejména při vysokých rychlostech a zátěžích. Cílem této práce je provést komplexní analýzu hodnocení kruhovitosti, provést hodnocení na vybraných obrobcích a pomocí získaných dat zjistit, zda je možné vytvořit model predikce hodnot kruhovitosti, který by nahradil současný model. V teoretické části práce jsou představeny základní principy fungování ložisek a mechanismy vzniku kruhovitosti při bezhrotém broušení. Dále jsou diskutovány metody měření a hodnocení kruhovitosti. V praktické části je provedena analýza 17 kroužků ložisek, jejich hodnoty jsou komparovány a zkoumány na podobnost a v poslední řadě je vytvořen přesnější model k predikci kruhovitosti ložisek

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the problem of bearing roundness in technical applications. Bearing circularity is a key factor affecting the efficiency, reliability and life of technical systems, especially at high speeds and loads. The aim of this paper is to perform a comprehensive analysis of the roundness evaluation, to perform the evaluation on selected workpieces and to use the data obtained to determine whether it is possible to develop a model for predicting roundness values to replace the old one. In the theoretical part of the work, the basic principles of bearing operation and the mechanisms of roundness formation in centerless grinding are presented. Methods of measuring and evaluating roundness are also discussed. In the practical part, 17 bearing rings are analyzed, their values are compared and examined for similarity, and finally a more accurate model is developed to predict bearing roundness
