Diplomová práce se věnuje analýze oligopolní struktury a ziskovosti ve vybraných východoevropských bankovních systémech. V první části práce jsou definovány základní pojmy teorie oligopolu a měření monopolní síly. Druhá část se věnuje vývoji bankovních sektorů Slovenska, Polska, Maďarska, Slovinska a Chorvatska. This thesis is devoted to the analysis of oligopolistic structures and profitability in selected Eastern European banking systems. The first part defines the basic concepts of the theory of oligopoly and monopoly power measurement.
