Abstract:
Alkohol a stát, historie alkoholu v dějinách lidstva, historie prohibice alkoholu v U.S.A., pro a proti alkoholu ve státě a možnosti řešení alkoholismu, závislost na alkoholu, současná právní úprava alkoholu a boje proti alkoholismu ve státě v jednotlivých odvětvích veřejného a soukromého práva ČR.
Abstract:
Alcohol and state, alcoholism in the history of the mankind, prohibition of alcoholism in history of the U.S.A., the pros and cons alcohol in a state and the possibilities of solution, alcohol addiction, contemporary legal regulation of alcohol and fight against alcoholism in the state in individual branches of private and public law of the Czech Rep.
