Quality analysis of services provided at the Czech Inn Hostel in Prague

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá kvalitou poskytovaných služeb ve vybraném ubytovacím zařízení, kterým se stal pražský hostel Czech Inn. Práce si klade za cíl zanalyzovat kvalitu služeb v každém úseku podniku, a to jak na základě vlastního šetření, tak i zveřejněných internetových recenzí hostů na vybraných internetových portálech. Teoretická část práce uvádí základní teoretická východiska zvolené problematiky, popisuje charakteristiky ubytovacích, stravovacích a doplňkových služeb, jakož i jejich kvality. V analytické části se představuje vybraný hostel, metodou dotazníkového šetření se provádí analýza spokojenosti hostů s kvalitou poskytovaných služeb a hodnotí se názory hostů na platformách TripAdvisor a Booking.com. Na základě získaných výsledků byla nabízena doporučení ke zlepšení kvality poskytovaných služeb.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the quality of provided services in selected accommodation facility, which became the Prague Inn Czech Inn. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the quality of services in each section of the company, both on the basis of its own research and published internet reviews of guests on selected internet portals. The theoretical part of the thesis presents the basic theoretical foundations of the selected issue, describes the characteristics of accommodation, catering and additional services, as well as their quality. In the analytical part there is a selected hostel, a questionnaire survey is used to analyze the satisfaction of guests with the quality of services provided and evaluate the opinions of guests on TripAdvisor and Booking.com platforms. Based on the obtained results, recommendations were offered to improve the quality of services provided.
