Aspects of 13-C Relaxation Analysis and Application to Study Fast Motions in UUCG Hairpin Loop
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the methods for studying fast internal dynamics of nucleic acids by carbon relaxation in NMR spectroscopy. The established procedures are based on some assumptions, namely that spin systems are isolated and the chemical shielding tensors are axially symmetric, that are not met for carbons in fully labelled nucleic acids.
