Obligation of confidentiality of members of the security forces and professional soldiers

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je primárně zaměřena na výklad a komparaci povinnosti mlčenlivosti v bezpečnostních sborech České republiky a u vojáků z povolání. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Zpočátku se teoretická část zabývá vysvětlením pojmů podle příslušné odborné literatury, popisem daných subjektů vzhledem k povinnosti mlčenlivosti dle zákona č. 361/2003 Sb., o služebním poměru příslušníků bezpečnostních sborů, a dle zákona č. 221/1999 Sb., o vojácích z povolání. Praktická část je založena na zpracování komparačních tabulek, které následně napomohly k výslednému vyhotovení optimální a universální dikce povinnosti mlčenlivosti.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is primarily focused on the interpretation and comparison of the duty of confidentiality in the security forces of the Czech Republic and professional soldiers. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. Initially, the theoretical part deals with the explanation of concepts according to the relevant literature, description of the given subjects in relation to the duty of confidentiality according to Act No. 361/2003 Coll., on the service relationship of members of the security forces and according to Act No. 221/1999 Coll., on professional soldiers. The practical part is based on the elaboration of comparative tables, which subsequently contributed to the final elaboration of the optimal and universal diction of the duty of confidentiality.
