Supporting the employment of people with schizophrenia

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na téma podpory zaměstnanosti osob se schizofrenií. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část popisuje schizofrenii, její symptomy, průběh, diagnostiku a léčbu. V této části je také popsána aktivní politika zaměstnanosti a legislativa v zaměstnávání osob se schizofrenií, vliv schizofrenie na pracovní výkon a psychosociální rehabilitace lidí se schizofrenií. V závěru teoretické části jsou uvedeny organizace, které poskytují podporu lidem se schizofrenií. V praktické části je proveden kvantitativní výzkum formou dotazníkového šetření, jehož výzkumný soubor tvoří lidé trpící schizofrenií. Cílem výzkumu je zjistit, jak vypadá pracovní situace lidí se schizofrenií.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis focuses on the topic of employment support for people with schizophrenia. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes schizophrenia, its symptoms, course, diagnosis and treatment. This section also describes active employment policy and legislation in the employment of people with schizophrenia, the impact of schizophrenia on work performance and psychosocial rehabilitation of people with schizophrenia. At the end of the theoretical part, there are organizations that provide support to people with schizophrenia. In the practical part, quantitative research is carried out in the form of a questionnaire survey, the research group of which consists of people suffering from schizophrenia. The aim of the research is to find out what the working situation of people with schizophrenia looks like.
