Intrinsic motivation of teacher assistent
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na motivaci pro práci asistenta pedagoga a míru syndromu vyhoření v tomto zaměstnání. Cílem této práce bylo zjistit, jakým způsobem souvisí motivace asistenta pedagoga s pocity úspěchu a vyčerpání a jak mění v souvislosti s věkem a délkou praxe. Práce se opírá o sebedeterminační teorii motivace a Maslach Burnout Inventory.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis is focused on the motivation for the work of a teaching assistant and the level of burnout syndrome in this job. The goal of this work was to find out how the motivation of a teaching assistant is related to feelings of success and exhaustion and how it changes with age and length of practice.
