Use of the Information System MBS Navision for Fixed Assets Records in the XY Company

Abstract:

Jak už napovídá samotný název bakalářské práce, bylo jejím cílem navrhnout řešení evidence dlouhodobého majetku s využitím informačního systému MBS Navision ve společnosti XY. V teoretické části bakalářské práce je popisován pojem dlouhodobý majetek v celé jeho šíři, a to z pohledu jak daňového tak účetního. To znamená, jsou objasněny vý-znamy takových pojmů, jako je dlouhodobý majetek hmotný, nehmotný nebo neodpisovaný, dále pojmy zařazení majetku, jeho zhodnocení, vyřazení či odpis. V úvodu praktické části je představena společnost XY, její základní charakteristiky a je zde provedeno její ekonomické zhodnocení. Následuje popis struktury současné evidence dlouhodobého majetku. Konečně poslední kapitola praktické části se zabývá analýzou a návrhem řešení evidence majetku v informačním systému.

Abstract:

As the name itself suggests the thesis, its goal was to design a solution evidence of fixed assets using the information system MBS Navision in company XY. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the concept of fixed assets in its breadth, from the perspective of both taxation and accounting. That is, are explained of the significance of such concepts as tangible and intangible fixed assets or fixed asset without depreciation, as well as the concepts of property acquisition, appreciation, disposal or depreciation. In the introduction to the practical part, the basic characteristics and economic evaluation of the company XY are made. The following is a description of the structure of the current records of fixed assets. Finally, the last chapter deals with the practical part of the analysis and design solu-tions to property records in information system.
