New family house in Scandinavian style

Abstract:

Tato závěrečná bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem novostavby rodinného domu ve skandinávském stylu. V úvodu práce se zaměřuje obecně na Skandinávii a oblast severní Evropy, její klimatické podmínky, geografii a historii. V další části práce je popsána současnost skandinávské architektury a je provedeno její porovnání s architekturou v České republice. Z poznatků byly navrženy tři architektonické studie rodinných domů ve skandinávském stylu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. V práci je popsáno, jak se jednotlivé architektonické studie liší a proč byla zvolena jednotlivá řešení. Také jsou vypracovány 3D vizualizace a dispozice, které jsou popsány, jak se liší a proč jsou tak navrženy. V neposlední řadě byla jedna ze studií rodinného domu vybrána na dopracování do projektové dokumentace pro povolení/ohlášení stavby dle vyhlášky 499/2006 Sb. ve znění pozdějších předpisů, včetně předepsaných příloh dle zadání bakalářské práce. Projektová dokumentace je v samostatné příloze závěrečné práce. V závěrečné diskuzi je shrnuto a vysvětleno, jak skandinávský styl ovlivnil návrh domu, kde je vliv tohoto stylu patrný v 3D vizualizaci výsledného RD v projektové části. Dále je popsán rozdíl geografických a klimatických podmínek v České republice a ve Skandinávii.

Abstract:

This final bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a new family house in the Scandinavian style. The introduction is focused on Scandinavia and the region of Northern Europe, its climatic conditions, geography and history. The next part of the thesis describes the present of Scandinavian architecture and its comparison with architecture in the Czech Republic. From the findings, three architectural studies of Scandinavian-style family houses were designed for a family of four. The thesis describes how the individual architectural studies differ and why the individual solutions were chosen. 3D visualizations and layouts are also developed, which describe how they differ and why they are so designed. Last but not least, one of the studies of the family house was selected for completion in the project documentation for the building permit according to the Decree 499/2006 Coll. as amended, including the prescribed appendices according to the assignment of the bachelor's thesis. The project documentation is in a separate appendix to the final thesis. The final discussion summarizes and explains how the Scandinavian style influenced the design of the house, where the influence of this style is evident in the 3D visualization of the resulting family house in the project part. The difference between geographical and climatic conditions in the Czech Republic and in Scandinavia is also described.
